Can I use the deal for my family members?

The National Ice Cream Day deal is a one-time use deal. It is valid on one transaction for one qualifying item. Each customer must have their own DQ® Rewards account to receive this offer. Valid at participating Canada locations, excluding Quebec.

How do I redeem the deal?

This deal can be redeemed in an app or online order or in-person at the register. To redeem in-store, it is important that you do not tap redeem until you have reached the register. To redeem the $1 Small Sundae deal in an App order, click on "use in mobile order" and the National Ice Cream Day deal will be applied to your order. Ensure you add a Small Sundae to your order. To redeem the deal in an online order, ensure you add a Small Sundae to your order. Tap on My Account and then Deals and apply the $1 Small Sundae deal to your order before checking out.

How do I get the deal?

Download the DQ® App and follow the prompts to register for a DQ® Rewards Account. Please note that deals may take up to 4 hours to display after logging into a rewards account. On an Apple phone, the DQ® App requires iOS 16.0 or later, and if you are using an Android phone, the app requires Android OS 6.0 or later. While signed into your account on the app, the National Ice Cream Day $1 Small Sundae deal can be found by clicking on the deals tab, which will take you to the deals page. If you cannot see the deal, please ensure that you have a favourite location saved in your account profile.

Can I use the deal if I live in Quebec?

Currently the DQ Rewards program is available at all participating Dairy Queen locations throughout Canada, excluding Quebec stores. If you are subscribed to Blizzard Fan Club emails and are a Quebec fan, this deal will be found in your inbox. Quebec fans must present the email coupon in-store on a mobile device. If you are not already a Blizzard Fan Club member, please sign up before July 19th by completing the sign up form on https://www.dairyqueen.com/en-ca/bfc/.
